Tanglewood Shagya Farms is a strong proponent of promotion, preservation and improvement of the Purebred Shagya Arabian horse.

Shagya breeding in America officially began in 1986 with the founding of the North American Shagya-Arabian Society. NASS is a member of the International Shagya-Araber Gesellschaft (ISG) which is the international body supporting the breeding and preservation of the Shagya-Arabian breed.

Our Purebred Shagya-Arabian Stallions have been approved for breeding on the 2006 Inspection Tour.

*O'Bajan Spirit *O'Bajan Spirit is the son of the ELITE Stallion O'Bajan XX (Pamino).  The imported mare *Gazal XV-5 is the dam of *O'Bajan Spirit.
